An homage to truckers (but not in the way Mark E. Smith would have done it), Horses isn’t my favourite Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy song, but it’s as good a place as any to start.
Music geek note: the video starts with the Domino Records logo. BPB is actually on Drag City Records (my all time favourite gang). Domino are the UK label.

I love BPB too, but this is actually a Mekons song, written by Brendan Croker, Jon Langford, and Sally Timms. It appears on Sally’s first solo album, Someone’s Rocking My Dreamboat. BPB is good mates with the Mekes.
Cheers

John, thanks. As Walter Sobchak would (and did) say, “I did not know that”.
It’s lucky I never wrote that post about how annoying it is when people comment on BPB’s “I See A Darkness”, assuming he has covered a Johnny cash classic. Grrr.
Actually, we’re due a few more Bonnie videos around here.
